Clare
E. Barger received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University
of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Administration degree from Arizona State
University. After working in both the private and public sector, Clare
returned to school and earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College
of Law in 2006. While Clare was a student at DePaul she was a member of
law review and earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Torts and
Employment Discrimination.
