Magdalena Dworak is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Kenneth C. Chessick, M.D. Magdalena has been involved in all aspects of pre-litigation and trials.

Prior to joining the Law Office of Kenneth C. Chessick, M.D., Magdalena held key positions at the United States Attorney’s Office, U.S Department of Justice, for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Office of the Illinois State Attorney, where she provided legal services in federal and state cases.

Magdalena graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago with a bachelor degree in theology and a minor in philosophy. She earned magna cum laude Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. She is a member of the Order of the Coif.

Magdalena, a native of Poland, speaks several foreign languages and remains active in the Polish-American community in Chicago. She resides in Chicago, Illinois with her husband.
