Scott E. Encher has concentrated his practice in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury trial work throughout his career.  Scott is a skilled litigation attorney with extensive experience in state and federal courts  Throughout his career, Scott has handled a variety of cases including construction negligence, aviation, transportation and motor vehicle litigation, premises liability, product liability and wrongful death cases.
